Essure® Permanent Birth Control
Essure is a permanent birth control procedure that works with your body to create a natural barrier against pregnancy. This gentle procedure can be performed in our offices in less than an hour with reliability rates at or above tubal ligation.

Additional information about the Essure procedure is available at www.essure.com or by calling the information line at 1-877-ESSURE

Dexa Scan Bone Density Test
DEXA Scan stands for Dual Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry, and it is a method of Bone Mineral Density Assessment. It is an important method to screen for osteoporosis and determine future fracture risk as well as preventative treatments and medications. It is also important to help guide hormone replacement therapies when needed.

Her Option® Cryoablation
This technology can be an alternative for hysterectomy and treats symptoms of abnormal and excessive bleeding in non-cancerous conditions. It involves cryoblation of the uterus and can be performed IN OFFICE. Most women are able to return to their normal activities in just a few days.

Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy
This procedure involves removing the uterus by operating through scopes and passing the tissue out through the vagina or through tiny half-inch abdominal incisions. Massive uteruses and ovarian cysts, cancer and pre-cancer can often be treated by laparoscopic hysterectomy. There is less incidence of urinary incontinence and hospital stays are shorter than traditional hysterectomies. Blood loss is greatly reduced, pain is lessened, and time off from work is only about two weeks, not six.
