- Multiple pregnancy losses

- Blood clotting disorders
- Prior complicated delivery
- Previous pregnancies involving preeclampsia
- Previous cesarean births
- Multiples (twins, triplets, etc.)
Every high-risk pregnancy and situation is different, and we will tailor our care to your specific needs, which may include:
- Ultrasound or non-stress testing to monitor the well-being of the baby
- Watching for signs of preterm labor by following cervical lengths or testing for fetal fibronectin (a protein that may help identify preterm labor)
All the obstetricians at Cheyenne Women’s Clinic are Fellows in the American Congress of OB/GYN and have a wealth of experience to help you with your high-risk pregnancy no matter what stage you are in. We also have maternal fetal medicine subspecialists that work specifically with high-risk pregnancies available for appointments in our office.
