Sonographer
Cheyenne Women’s Clinic is seeking a part time, experienced RDMS who has an expertise in Obstetrics and Gynecology for a six-provider clinic.
Applicant must be able to perform a variety of routine and specialized technical procedures. Competency and efficiency in operating various ultrasound machines and probes to achieve high quality images for detailed fetal anatomic surveys, transvaginal ultrasounds, biophysical profiles, specialized Doppler studies, gynecological exams, and other procedures as needed.
Duties:
- Knowledge in various fetal conditions and anomalies as well as an understanding of gynecological assessments.
- Reviews patient's electronic medical records to obtain and record identifying information required for the knowledge of what is needed for the physician to make an accurate diagnosis.
- Instructs patient in preparing for examination and explains procedures to be performed.
- Operates, calibrates, adjusts, and maintains ultrasound equipment.
- Performs calculations and measurements to appropriately focus the exam and obtain the data needed.
Qualifications:
- Successful graduate of a CAAHEP accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program.
- Currently registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS
- Nuchal Translucency certification preferred.
Medical Assistant
Seeking registered Medical Assistant, certification REQUIRED
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Assist patients to exam rooms, interviews patients, measure vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and document all information in the patient’s chart
- Perform MA procedures under the supervision of a physician or PA
- Assist physician or APC in exam rooms
- Assist RN’s as necessary
- Provide phlebotomy and injection to patients
- Give instructions to patients as instructed by physician or PA
- Ensure all related reports, labs and information are filed and available in patients’ medical records prior to their appointment
- Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, prepare sterilization as required
- Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls
- Process messages from patients and front office staff to physicians and PA
- All other duties as assigned by the clinical coordinator
OB/GYN Provider
Cheyenne Women’s Clinic is dedicated to providing women a lifetime of convenient and comfortable care. We are seeking a compassionate and licensed fulltime OB/GYN to join our privately-owned practice in southeastern Wyoming.
