Dr. Hope Richards

Dr. Hope Richards is a Wyoming native. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wyoming. She then attended medical school at University of Washington, where she completed her MD and Masters in Health Administration, graduating with honors. She completed her OBGYN residency training at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in 2020. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is an adjunct faculty at the University of Washington Medical School.
 
Dr. Richards values patient centered and evidence based care. She is pleased to offer a variety of minimally invasive surgical techniques including robotic assisted hysterectomy, laparoscopy, and hysteroscopy. She has additional training in breastfeeding medicine. She is certified in basic life support, fetal heart monitoring, and neonatal resuscitation. 
 
Outside of medicine, Dr. Richards enjoys yoga, getting outside, and eating her husband’s cooking. Her young son and two dogs also bring her great joy.
