Dr. Rene Hinkle is a co-founding partner at Cheyenne Women’s Clinic. Dr. Hinkle received her undergraduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, then completed her medical training at the University of Miami. Her career continued with her residency in OBGYN at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. She began her board-certified practice in OBGYN care with three years in Naples, Italy for the U.S. Navy, where she was Chairman in the Department of OBGYN.
Dr. Hinkle has been practicing in Cheyenne for nearly 20 years. She gains satisfaction from helping women from adolescence through menopause improve and maintain their well-being. She served as Chair of OB/GYN at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and was Chief of Staff from 2012-2015. She is a member of the Wyoming Medical Society and the Wyoming Board of Medicine.
In addition to being a dedicated physician, she is the mother of two girls. In her free time, she enjoys exercise, dancing, cooking, and reading historical fiction. She is an avid football fan and can often be seen in Laramie at UW games.
